Dual board-certified in internal and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Griffith has empowered her patients over three decades with the educational tools necessary to maintain wellness and take control of their health. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Griffith completed an internal medicine residency at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Griffith nourishes her soul when not seeing patients by listening and dancing to recorded and live music.
